cherry blossom scenic spots in Tottori prefecture -Jinpukaku-

This street corner watching is a bonus of the Tottori Prefecture Sakura Scenic Area series.
We will deliver the cherry blossoms of Jinpukaku in the ruins of Tottori Castle and Kyusho Park.
The photo was taken on March 30, 2021.

Jinpukaku, which is designated as a national important cultural property, is on the right side of the partition gate, which faces the site of Tottori Castle.
Jinpukaku was built in 1940 as a villa for the Ikeda clan, the former feudal lord.
It is a white-walled Western-style building in the French Renaissance style.
It was used as a dormitory for His Imperial Highness the Crown Prince of the time and later Emperor Taisho.
It is also famous as a location for the movie “Rurouni Kenshin” released in 2012.
Mysteriously, it fits the cherry blossoms in full bloom.

This concludes the street corner watching, the bonus of the Tottori Sakura Scenic Spot series, and Jinpukaku.
End this series.
Thank you for a long time.
